If you are affected by negative peer pressure, depression, angry or whatever emotion you are feeling, feel free to give us a call.

Being a young person does not prevent you from getting stressed, you may feel worried about friendship, School grades, tests, family issues, your future or your love life.

As you get older you develop the skills needed to manage your stress.
If you manage to be in a tough spot and feel that you are not heard or there is no one to listen to you and need all the support you can get. Here at the South London Family Centre we have skilled and trained staff who will take the time to listen to you.

We all experience different emotions, we have our moments when we are happy, depressed, sad, angry and a host of other feelings. Why are some emotions harder to deal with than others?

Feeling this way is nothing new we all have been or go through different emotions at one time or the other. Our Counsellors can help you develop those skills needed to manage your feelings.
